Locally produced in Everett, our original pilot sauce was our answer to the call for an everyday hot sauce with more bite. Habanero brings bright, floral heat, while tangerine and pear add a juicy sweetness that sets it apart without hiding the pepper.

The result is bold, tangy sweet heat that works on everything from eggs and tacos to pizza and chicken. It tastes different, hits just right, and comes dressed in a label that looks as badass as the sauce tastes.

Devil Baby Serpent Sauce

Once we nailed our signature sweet heat, we wanted to see where it could slither next. Serpent Sauce takes that same flavor first attitude and turns it green, twisting a traditional verde with jalapeño, poblano, pineapple, and green apple.

Where the original brings habanero fire and rich fruity sweetness, Serpent strikes brighter with fresh green pepper, tart fruit, and a clean bite that keeps you coming back. It is the cooler companion with fangs of its own. Let it coil around tacos, eggs, chicken, pork, or seafood and sink its teeth in.
